These Terms of Service (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the use of the SaaS platform and development services provided by Iruz Labs (hereinafter, "Provider", "we", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Iruz Labs provides artificial intelligence tools and software development services ("the Service") that allow users to create, process, and manage digital content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and reliability of all data and content you input into the Service. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation of the Service are the exclusive property of Iruz Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws. However, you retain all rights to the data you provide and the content generated specifically for you through legitimate use of the Service, subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iruz Labs makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you.
